Excellent service on the phone and when they arrived! We were in a jam with broken door springs and told 3 to 5 days before someone could get out here. It was a pain to get the door open this morning for the wife to get to work. Two very nice guys were here this afternoon after I called at 8am this morning! They were in and out in 30 minutes! We will definitely use them again!

Great experience! Rodney and his coworker were awesome! Showed up on time and quickly diagnosed problem. They had materials with them and it was a quick fix and reasonably priced. It’s an old door/opener and I appreciate that they didn't try to up-sell me. Then, they went above and beyond and cleaned/oiled the chains and openers. It was refreshing that that level of courtesy and professionalism is still alive nowadays. Highly recommend and will be using them when we're ready to upgrade to new doors/openers!

A tensioning spring broke and I didn't hesitate to call DH Pace to arrange for a repair. The next day I was fortunate to have Rodney Pichon return to make the repair. Mr. Pichon is always courteous and a consummate professional. He quickly made the necessary repair as well as some minor adjustments. The door is as good as new. DH Pace provides annual maintenance and adjustments to my residence and rental property and can always be counted on to do great work.
