I called several garage door businesses that serviced the Bloomington, IL area and DH Pace was the only one that could repair my door that day. The entire service encounter was exceptional. Isaac,  the service technician was extremely pleasant and efficient. Being on a weekend, the service was considered an emergency call and was therefore somewhat pricey, but fair. The guys that came the first day when my garage door would open only 1/2 way were so patient and understanding explaining why it was doing that.  I had them back to install the garage door opener.  They did an excellent job and cleaned everything up and took an old equipment with them.  Then had me come out and walk me thru setting everything up.  Would highly recommend !!

I like garage door it's quiet I like the look the insulation people they sent out were good the only thing that I'm concerned about is you guys have issues with the general contractor on the construction of the door frame and you went ahead and did it dumping everything back on the general contractor I hope it all works out. I appreciate the honesty and I hope it works out for long term. Would I go with you guys again yes.
