Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. DH Pace came out and fixed my garage door. A week later it had a problem and they came out again, and fixed it at no charge in just a few moments. Great customer service and competent staff. Kate in the office is friendly and accommodating, and Rodney, the specialist, is very pleasant and skilled.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My garage door cable broke on a recent Saturday afternoon. I called several garage door businesses that serviced the Bloomington, IL area and DH Pace was the only one that could repair my door that day. The entire service encounter was exceptional. Isaac, the service technician was extremely pleasant and efficient. Being on a weekend, the service was considered an emergency call and was therefore somewhat pricey, but fair. I would not hesitate to call DH Pace in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The guys that came the first day when my garage door would open only 1/2 way were so patient and understanding explaining why it was doing that. I had them back to install the garage door opener. They did an excellent job and cleaned everything up and took an old equipment with them. Then had me come out and walk me thru setting everything up. Would highly recommend !!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I like garage door it's quiet I like the look the insulation people they sent out were good the only thing that I'm concerned about is you guys have issues with the general contractor on the construction of the door frame and you went ahead and did it dumping everything back on the general contractor I hope it all works out. I appreciate the honesty and I hope it works out for long term. Would I go with you guys again yes.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was able to schedule a spring repair on there web site. Tech came the next day on the time listed. Replaced both springs and checked door operation. He was very professional and did a great job.
